The following is a list of important dates for the Osceola County Property Appraiser's Office.

March 1, 2010: Ag renewals cards (green cards) due.
March 1, 2010: Total permanent and total exempt renewal cards (gold cards) due.
March 1, 2010: Deadline for filing for Homestead.
April 1, 2010: Deadline for filing the Tangible Tax Return without penalty.
May 31, 2010: Closed due to County Holiday: Memorial Day.
July 1, 2010: Preliminary Tax Roll due to Department of Revenue.
July 5, 2010: Closed due to County Holiday: 4th of July
August 2010: Proposed Property Tax Notices “TRIM”, mailed.
September 6, 2010: Closed due to County Holiday: Labor Day.
September 10, 2010: Petition filing deadline
October 19-22, 2010: Value Adjustment Board Hearings
