The Osceola County Property Appraiser’s office is available by telephone, e-mail or in person at our office (address listed below). We may be contacted by calling 407-742-5000. If you are uncertain which department you need to speak to, let one of our customer service members direct you to the appropriate department. For your convenience, a list of Administrators, Directors, Managers and staff responsible for specific areas are listed below.

Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (except on designated county holidays). We are located at 2505 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee.

Katrina Scarborough

Property Appraiser

Katrina Scarborough was elected Property Appraiser in 2008.

A 20-year veteran in the property appraiser field, Katrina has worked in almost every area of the Osceola County Property Appraiser's Office and in the field. She briefly left the Property Appraiser's Office to work on the senior management staff for Tax Collector Patsy Heffner, and, in 2006, Katrina returned to the Property Appraiser's Office to serve as Chief of Staff under Atlee Mercer's leadership. In this position, she managed daily operations of the office, maintained the Tax Roll and Property Ownership Records and administered the annual budget.
